This project will be a cloud based recruitment app, which built on salesforce, Javascript and Apex programming with the dynamic programming logic. This project is aimed at selling smart recruitment tools for all sizes of companies at competent prices by way of affiliate marketing as well as direct online trade. Smartrecruitapp helps customer in hiring smart and quality professional in short time frame.

Smartrecruitapp cloud based recruitment tool relies on semantic technology to use your LinkedIn profile information, your resume, and your Myers-Briggs personality type to rate and rank the relevance of a particular position. This tool is designed for startup to enterprise smartrecruitapp finds you the right talent all in one platform that your team will love using. Post job requisitions to hundreds all major sites with a single click while searching for the qualifications you are looking for, which will clients to put all of that new top talent to work.
Project Objectives
- Track positions in all stages of the process, from those that are open to those that have been filled or canceled.
- Track all of the candidates who apply for a particular position, including the status of their application (whether they've had a phone screen, are scheduled for interviews, have been rejected or hired, or have passed on an offer that was presented).
- Track the posting of jobs on external employment websites, such as Monster.com.
- Allow employees to post reviews for candidates whom they've interviewed.
- Provide security for the recruiting data so that it's not mistakenly viewed, edited, or deleted by employees who shouldn't have access.
- Automatically inform the relevant recruiter about the next steps that should be taken when a decision has been made about an applicant.
- Automatically inform all employees of new positions that have been posted.
- Make sure that a new job opening has executive approval before it becomes active.
- Include reports that give users an overview of recruiting status.
- Allow recruiters to map the locations of all candidates who are applying for a position, to better understand relocation expenses.
- Make it easy to perform several similar tasks at once, like rejecting multiple job applications.
- Automatically post open positions on company’s public website.

Project Scope
Project smartrecruit app is a tool which helps customers in hiring smart and quality candidates in short time frame which is biggest challenge for 60% of companies. The main focus will be on Hi Technology products with the facility of a shopping cart to facilitate Credit Card transaction. SSL encryption is adopted to ensure the security of the user data, including CC numbers.
This application is a dynamic web site and tool, which is role based. Security module handles different roles and the associated privileges to each of the role. A Super Administrator has the ability to add/edit all other roles which include a hiring manager, recruiter, reviewer, and job Applicant and standard users to register to be able to Login.
The Project Management Staff will aid Project Planning, Execution, Control and Closing. Part of resource requirement planning, the Project Management staff will need to recruit Programmer Analysts, database Analyst, BA and a QA. The customer will be part of development process and assist with execution of Acceptance criteria.

Employees Role on the Project : Specific duties of employee
Role: Programmer Analyst.
Duties: Analyze Project requirements documents, Business User documents. UI design of the software by developing user models, conceptual models, interface designs. Collaborate closely with program management team and product marketing team to conduct necessary front-end research. Help design and develop database objects, modularity, restart ability and parallelization.
Configuring and customization of Force.com, Chatter collaboration and App-exchange on Salesforce.
Design junction objects for relationships (lookup and Master-detail) and implemented various advanced fields like Pick lists, Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Work Flows rules, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation according to application requirements.
Perform data migration using Salesforce Data Loader and import wizard
Performe Integration of SFDC with external Web Service SOAP API’s and REST API's.
Experience on implementing Apex classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Components and Controllers, Triggers, and working with Force.com IDE.
Have exposure in Customer Portal and Partner Portal.
Worked with visualforce pages, Java Script, Jquery for new user interface development.
Integration Testing by using SOAP UI, WSDL Generation,
create Triggers, Test Methods, and writing SOQL and SOSL queries.
Database maintenance.
Role: Business Analyst.
Duties: Gather requirements and document the same with the techniques like User interviews, meetings, Brain storming sessions and JAD sessions. Create a Stakeholder analysis document and identify Key stakeholders. Communicate the documents to key stakeholders for signoff. Create Use cases, wire frames, data flow diagrams and Mockups to better understand the user requirement.
Efficient in using the tools like MS Visio, MS Project and MS Office tools like word, excel and power point.
Role: QA Analyst.
Duties: Analyze Project requirements and create a test plan and further create test cases. Document test cases and get the signoff from BA and the tech team. Execute the test cases when the build in QA and follow the defect life cycle to report the Bugs.
Should be conversant with test case documents and with HP QC tool.
